UNAOHM TECHNOLOGY S.r.l. garantees the best technical support for repair and upgrade of equipments designed in the last 10 years.The equipments which entered the market more than 10 years ago may be repaired according to the availability of spare parts.
CONDITIONS FOR THE REPAIR SERVICE AT OUR FACTORY
Equipments are divided into several groups according to the item with an estimation of prices and different repair times.Furthermore, the maximum eventual budget is provided for each group. In case the repair required an expense higher than the maximum provided budget, after UNAOHM TECHNOLOGY S.r.l.’s notification the customer shall expressly authorise in writing to carry out the repair anyway.
REPAIR TIMES
- Under-warranty equipments: 7 working days
- Out-of-warranty equipments: 12 working days
- Out-of-production equipments: 20 working days
- Equipments older than 10 years: to agree on
Warranty on repairs
6-months warranty for each repair (as per the performed repair only).
Prices
Labour: € 82,00/h + Consumable materials + Transport freight
Fixed charge: € 60,00.
In case the equipment can not be repaired, a fixed cost of € 60,00 will be charged anyway for budget expense.
For the group of equipments nr. 6 hereinafter shown, the Company may decide not to carry out the repair in case of exceptional damage, lack/obsolescence of spare parts.
The maximum budget set out for each group includes labour, consumable materials, substitute components and the fixed charge.
