MO42 Product Overview

MO42 is a fiber optic modem for transmission of 4 x E1 (2.048 Mbps) over a single multimode fiber optic media.
The communication equipment is connected to MO42 according to the ITU G.703 standard. The electrical signals are connected trough coaxial connector.
LED indicators on the front panel show the operational status of the modem. Alarms indicating faults in modem operation are provided by alarms port as relay contacts. Local and remote test facilities are available for diagnostics.
The modem is powered by an AC external main power supply, or by 5 VDC power supply.
